Encostada ao Palazzo Poli, a fonte é dividida em uma ampla bacia com uma grande falésia animada pela representação escultórica de inúmeras plantas e pelo espetacular fluxo de água. No centro domina a estátua do deus Oceano conduzindo a carruagem em forma de concha, puxada pelo cavalo bravo e o cavalo plácido, ambos retidos por dois tritões.
