Todos os anos nos meses de Abril ou Maio é celebrada a Festa da Flor na Madeira. Em 2022, destacou-se o quadro histórico construído na Praça da Restauração, que nos transportou para a freguesia do Monte recordando o comboio do século XX, o Largo da Fonte e os tradicionais carrinhos de cesto. Uma das tradições mais importantes da Madeira, os tapetes de flores tomam forma durante a Festa da Flor. Podemos apreciar vários desenhos, formas e feitios por toda a Avenida Arriaga, na Placa Central. Por fim, na Praça do Povo, o Pavilhão da Flor, onde podemos ver várias espécies de flores, plantas e arranjos florais a concurso. Respira-se a Madeira, por todo o lado. A entrada é gratuita e pode ser visto quantas vezes quiser.

In 2022, the historical framework built in Praça da Restauração, which transported us to the parish of Monte, recalled the 20th century train, Largo da Fonte and the traditional basket carts.
