Dia 12 – Cruzeiro: Japão, China e Taiwan com Norwegian Sun
O último amanhecer a bordo do Norwegian Sun trouxe consigo aquela mistura agridoce entre despedida e descoberta. Atracados em Keelung, sabíamos que o cruzeiro terminava, mas o dia ainda nos reservava novas imagens e memórias em Taiwan.
Com um transfer privado à nossa espera, transformámos o simples trajeto até ao aeroporto numa pequena viagem dentro da viagem. Entre templos, memoriais e casas históricas em Taipei, cada paragem foi uma forma consciente de prolongar a experiência antes do regresso. Sob um céu limpo e luminoso, despedimo-nos deste destino com a sensação de que cada momento contou.

Under a bright, sunny sky, we said goodbye feeling that every moment truly mattered.

Um último olhar antes de fechar o capítulo no mar.
Do convés observámos Keelung a despertar lentamente, com as colinas verdes a envolverem o porto e a cidade a ganhar ritmo. Há algo especial em ver um destino a partir do navio: é uma perspetiva silenciosa, quase contemplativa. Foi ali, entre céu azul e o movimento suave do porto, que começámos a despedir-nos desta etapa da viagem.

No coração vibrante de Taipei, o Lungshan Temple revelou-se um espaço de contraste e harmonia. Lanternas, esculturas detalhadas e o aroma constante do incenso criaram uma atmosfera intensa e serena ao mesmo tempo. Mais do que uma visita, foi um momento de observação — da fé, da tradição e do quotidiano local.

Grandeza, simetria e memória num mesmo horizonte.
Ao atravessar a ampla praça do Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, sentimos a escala monumental do espaço e o peso simbólico da história. A arquitetura imponente contrasta com a serenidade dos jardins envolventes. Caminhar ali é também caminhar pela narrativa contemporânea de Taiwan.

Um refúgio inesperado no ritmo da cidade.
Entre edifícios modernos, a Lin An Tai Historical House and Museum transporta-nos para outro tempo. Pátios interiores, lagos e madeira trabalhada criam um ambiente intimista e delicado. Foi uma pausa tranquila, quase secreta, antes de retomarmos o caminho.

Conforto e transição antes do voo de regresso.
O dia terminou no Hyatt Regency Taoyuan International Airport, onde encontrámos um espaço de descanso depois de tantas emoções. Entre malas organizadas e memórias ainda frescas, houve tempo para abrandar e refletir. Um encerramento sereno para uma jornada intensa.
